Our Private Umrah packages start from RM14,888 per person, depending on the season, group size, and your preferred arrangements.

We prioritise hotels that offer comfort, convenience, and a peaceful environment for ibadah, usually within walking distance to the Haram and Masjid Nabawi in less crowded areas.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. All bookings are subject to flight, hotel, transport, and visa availability.

Full payment must be made 40 days before departure. Installments payment are allowed, but full settlement must still be completed before the deadline.

No. All prices mention are starting prices and may change depending on:

• Ground costs in Saudi Arabia

Any additional requests after confirmation will incur extra charges.

• Maximum: Up to 40 persons under one private arrangement (subject to availability and logistics)

Private Umrah gives you more flexibility and personal time. You will not follow a fixed agency itinerary, and arrangements are based on your preferred schedule and pace of worship.

No. For Private Umrah:

• From Malaysia, you will not be accompanied by a mutawwif, but the QIT team will assist during check-in at KLIA.

• Upon arrival at Jeddah/Madinah Airport, our mutawwif will receive you, arrange your transfer, assist with the Umrah process, and accompany you until hotel check-in before allowing time to rest.

Private Umrah allows more personal space and flexibility:

• The mutawwif will not accompany you at all times, giving you more freedom for ibadah

• You will meet the mutawwif during specific arrangements such as:

  • Umrah guidance

  • Ziarah sessions

  • Transfers such as hotel to train station (as stated in your quotation)

  • etc

However, you will never be alone in terms of support:

• The QIT team is available online 24 hours for assistance and urgent matters

• Our Saudi-based staff will also be on standby

If you prefer the mutawwif to accompany you daily at the Haram, this can be arranged at additional cost, depending on the mutawwif’s daily service rate.

Yes. You may upgrade:

• Flights to Business Class

• Haramain Speed Train to Business Class
  Subject to availability and additional charges.

Yes. Pilgrims must take the Meningitis (ACWY) vaccination before travel. This cost is not included in the package.

• Deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment only if no bookings have been processed

• Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: Partial refund subject to airline, hotel, and visa penalties

• Cancellation less than 60 days before departure: No refund

• Bookings may be transferable to another person (subject to supplier approval and charges)

For Private Umrah, we use the Saudi Tourist Visa, as it is more convenient and easier for pilgrims to enter Saudi for multiple of time. In most cases, approval is straightforward and should not be a problem.

However, Umrah visa approvals are ultimately subject to Saudi authorities. The company is not responsible for visa rejection due to incomplete documents, personal travel history, or any other requirements set by the authorities.

Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. The company is not responsible for personal loss, medical expenses, or unforeseen incidents. Medical Insurance under Saudi visa is included but we encourage to get other medical insurance also. 

Pilgrims must:

• Ensure passport validity of at least 6 months

• Provide complete and accurate documents

• Follow Saudi travel and religious regulations
