By making a 30% deposit payment of the selected package amount, you officially become a prospective pilgrim for this Umrah trip.

The itinerary for this trip is NOT FINAL. This is because Qalby ILM Tours reserves the right to change the program agenda depending on mutawwif health factors and the current situation in Saudi Arabia.

Full Payment:

• You can make full payment after the deposit payment has been completed.
• If you register one month before the flight date, you are required to make full payment only to QIT.

Installment Payment:

• You need to inform QIT if you choose to make installment payments, and we do not set a specific installment rate for you.
• However, full payment must be settled one (1) month before the flight date to Makkah.
• You are not eligible to choose installment payments if the registration date is less than one (1) month before the flight date to Makkah.

The RM1,000 discount is only eligible if the pilgrim made  full payment before 1stF ebruary 2024.

1. Reserve your slot by making a 30% deposit payment of the selected package amount for each participant.
2. Click the "Book" button and select the number of adults or children joining this exclusive journey.
3. The package starts at RM14,888 for a Quad Sharing room.
4. If you want to upgrade your room to a twin or triple room, you can click “More Options” and choose the room that suits your preferences.
5. Fill in the full names of the pilgrims and click the "Book Now" button.
6. Then complete your personal details and select the desired payment method before submitting the registration.
7. Within 48 hours (business days), a QIT representative will contact you and send a proforma invoice via email for the selected package and after that you can make the deposit payment.

We offer three (3) different package prices based on room capacity:

• Economy Quad Room Package (RM14,888)
• Economy Triple Room Package (RM15,888)
• Economy Double Room Package (RM17,888)

The customer is responsible for complying with the instructions of the airline and/or tour operator, in particular with respect to flight check-in times. In particular, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Airlines reserve the right to cancel or change schedules without notice. Schedules shown are based on expected flying times as indicated by the airlines. Because weather and other factors may affect operating conditions, departures and arrivals cannot be guaranteed nor are the responsibility of Qalby ILM Tours.

Qalby ILM Tours, has no control over the allocation of seats on any air transport, even if pre-booked with the airline, and does not guarantee that specific seats will be available on departure.

As for choosing your preferred seats, it will be based on the airline's availability during your check-in process at the airport.

You are required to make full payment one (1) month before the flight date to Makkah (February 7, 2024).

Our accommodation is a 4 or 5-star hotel, and the distance to Masjidil Haram and Masjid Nabawi square is around 100 - 200 meters.

For this umrah trip, the deposit payment is non-refundable. 

t is not mandatory for you to take vaccines. However, Saudi Arabia recommends that you take them since Makkah and Madinah are visited by people from around the world. Umrah pilgrims need to receive a vaccine injection (Meningitis ACWY135) before performing Umrah. However, vaccinations are not included in the Umrah package. 1. If you cancel before 7th February 2024: You will receive a 50% refund.
2. If you cancel after 7th February 2024: No refund will be provided from the total package you have paid.

Remarks: The amount of the refund depends on the reason for the Jemaah' trip cancellation.
